Purchasing Policy

All purchases made by Vienna Jewelry & Estate Buyers are kept strictly confidential. All payments are made immediately via corporate check, certified check or bank wire. Any jewelry sent for evaluation that is not purchased will be returned via next day U.P.S. on the next business day except on Friday. Due to security reasons we cannot ship to P.O. box's and signatures will be required.

Consignment Policy

Our consignment program is on a case-by-case basis. We do not charge a storage or commission fee. We attain your asking price and retail the piece accordingly. For example: Mr. Jones has a pocket watch that he expects to get $100 for, we would price the piece somewhat higher for retail. If we sell the piece for $125, Mr. Jones would receive $100. If we sold the piece for $90, Mr. Jones would receive $100. In some cases we may call to negotiate offers from our clients.

Collateral Loans

State and local laws require all collateral loans be made at our location. A valid government issued I.D. is required and you must be at least 18 years old.
